Fayette County Sheriff deputies are looking into a home invasion that happened Wednesday morning. According to 911 dispatchers, it happened at a home on Gatewood Road in Oak Hill at approximately 1 a.m.

The call came in shortly after 6 this morning at 231 Sinking Creek road in Clintonville.
An out of control chimney fire is believed to be the cause.
Dozens of emergency crews responded to the call.
Station 90 Clintonville Fire Department, Alderson Fire Department, Tri-County Fire, Williamsburg Fire, Smoot Fire Department, E.M.S. Williamsburg Rescue and Greenbrier County Emergency Ambulance Service all responded to the fire.
Everyone was able to make it out of the home safely.
