West Virginia State University is hosting a forum on student financial aid challenges in West Virginia.
High school administrators, higher education officials, school counselors, elected officials and representatives of nonprofit organizations will participate in Monday's roundtable discussion.
Topics include challenges with providing financial aid and what steps should be taken to increase access and awareness.
Opening remarks will be delivered by U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin and Rep. Shelley Moore Capito.
The roundtable discussion will be conducted the U.S. Department of Education Office of Federal Student Aid.
