MORGANTOWN -- The West Virginia University Extension Service will have two programs this month on issues related to natural
gas pipelines used to transport gas from well sites to facilities and
consumers.
The educational programs will take place in Kingwood on Feb. 13 at the
Kingwood Volunteer Fire Dept. and in Beverly at Camp Pioneer on Feb. 19.
Both programs begin at 6 p.m., according to a WVU news release.
Natural gas pipelines require rights of way acquisition and
construction, negotiations and regulations. These topics are covered by
experts from the University of Pittsburgh, MSES Consultants and WVU
Extension Service agents and specialists.
The program is open to the public, regardless of a person's level of
knowledge and interest concerning the oil and natural gas industry.
