A Beckley family is left in the cold after an early morning fire.

A fire broke out at a home on Beckley Avenue just before 2 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 11

When firefighters arrived smoke was showing from the two story house.  Firefighters contacted the Red Cross to help find a place to stay for the family who lived in the home .

The cause of the fire is not known at this time.
