BB&T has promoted G. Adam Levitsky to assistant vice president. Levitsky, who joined the bank in 2011, is a retail services officer II in BB&T's Consumer and Small Business Lending department at 1000 Mid Atlantic Drive, Morgantown. 

The Fairmont native earned his bachelor's degrees in international business and French from Wheeling Jesuit University and an MBA from West Virginia University.
