A Greenbrier County man faces charges of animal cruelty, after his dog is found severely malnourished.
Ryan Cadle is also charged with providing false information to police, failure to vaccinate against rabies and other charges.
Police tell 59News, a neighbor reported the dog's condition to authorities.
When police got to Cadle's home, they found the dog only weighed 10 pounds, when its weight should have been 45 pounds.
