Federal prosecutors say they'll ask for more time to indict Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
More than a year after the public learned of possible ethics violations by Beckley Mayor Emmett Pugh they will finally get a chance to hear the details.
59News has learned from the West Virginia Ethics Commission that a public hearing will be held in Beckley on Wednesday, May 1 at 9:30 a.m.
Mayor Pugh is accused of receiving more than $12,000 worth of ownership interests in companies in exchange for providing city contracts and free use of city resources. The mayor has spoken with 59News on several occasions since the violations came to light. He has denied the allegations, and said he was relieved that process was moving forward.
The public hearing has been rescheduled several times.
