Man arrested trying to break-in to State Police detachment

The West Virginia State Police announced the arrest of a Wyoming County man who was arrested for an attempted break-in at the State Police Detachment in Jesse, W.Va.

Bailey Fritz, III, 42, of Jesse was arrested on Friday, Feb 22.  Fritz is charged with Attempted Breaking and Entering, Destruction of Property and Possession of Marijuana.

The charges stem from an unsuccessful attempt to get into the State Police detachment in Jesse on Monday, Feb. 11.  Fritz was arraigned in a Wyoming County Magistrate Court.

He is being held in the Southern Regional Jail.
