RALEIGH COUNTY -
A man is behind bars Saturday afternoon after Beckley police arrested 23 year-old Jimmy Humfrees after finding a car-load of illegal items in his vehicle.
Humfrees is from Ohio and was in Beckley visiting family when police stopped him on a routine traffic stop. They found five assault rifles, a bottle of pills, a large bag of marijuana and $2,000 of cash in his car.
He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and carrying concealed deadly weapons.
