What was scheduled to be a plea hearing for a North Tazewell businessman turned out to be a change of Lawyers.

Sep Zu Ha was indicted by the Tazewell County Grand Jury on 22 charges.  Some of those included selling drugs on public or school property.  He was arrested in December 2012 after an extensive undercover investigation that included several law enforcement agencies.  They searched his business, Star Nails, and his home.

Sep Zu Ha was in Tazewell County circuit court at 9 a.m. but instead of entering plea, Ha dismissed his court appointed attorney and hired an attorney of his own.
