Emergency responders were called to the scene of a train accident on Monday, May 20. A person was apparently hit by a CSX train in a remote part of Fayette County. The call came in at around 1:30 p.m.
The victim was apparently covering her head with a blanket to shelter from the heavy rain storms.

What was scheduled to be a plea hearing for a North Tazewell businessman turned out to be a change of Lawyers.
Sep Zu Ha was indicted by the Tazewell County Grand Jury on 22 charges. Some of those included selling drugs on public or school property. He was arrested in December 2012 after an extensive undercover investigation that included several law enforcement agencies. They searched his business, Star Nails, and his home.
Sep Zu Ha was in Tazewell County circuit court at 9 a.m. but instead of entering plea, Ha dismissed his court appointed attorney and hired an attorney of his own.

59News has confirmed that Sep Zu Ha, also known as Jusep Ha or "Chingy", had a plea hearing in Tazewell County circuit court on Monday, March 4.
Ha is accused of distributing a controlled substance on school or public property. The arrest was made back in December after an extensive undercover investigation by several law enforcement agencies.
Sep Zu Ha was also the owner of the Star Nails salon in North Tazewell.
