The Summers County Grand Jury was in session the week of March 4.  Now the man who is accused of setting the fire that left dozens of people homeless could be indicted for more than just arson.

The Grand Jury heard the case against Billy Joe Gill.  He is accused of setting fire to homes on Temple Street and Fifth Avenue in Hinton.  The fires were reported in the early morning hours of Feb. 26.  Gill is charged with First Degree Arson, but Hinton Police said that evidence was presented to the Grand Jury that could lead to additional charges.

The Grand Jury is expected to finish up the indictments on Tuesday, March 5.
