Sophomore Hope Lester scored 26 points to lead defending champion Westside to a 68-41 win over PikeView in the girls Class AA quarterfinals Thursday night.
Megan Endicott added 14 points and 13 rebounds while Faith Davis also had 14 points for top-seeded Westside (24-1).
Westside beat PikeView handily for the third time this season.
Sophomore Lyndsay Hatfield had 19 points for No. 8 PikeView (14-11) and Hope Nester added 12.
Westside led 26-16 at halftime and 49-28 after three periods.
Westside made just 6 of 13 free throws, shot 45 percent from the floor and outrebounded PikeView 51-32.
