Hancock County Judge Ronald Wilson issued a ruling Tuesday evening that will allow three West Virginia juveniles to testify in the Steubenville juvenile rape case.

Their testimony is expected to help bolster the defense.

One of the defendants attorneys wished to dismiss the case, after the original ruling was handed down last Friday.
