WTRF.com UPDATE:

Witness 22 took the stand Friday night stating in a twitter conversation she had with the victim that victim was drugged the night of Aug. 11. Reportedly, testing confirmed the victim was drugged. The witness said she could've taken a drink from someone else's cup and doesn't know how it happened.

WTRF.com UPDATE:

A witness testified Friday that he saw a friend perform a sex act on the alleged victim during a party last August.

Judge Thomas Lipps granted the witness immunity before he testified at the Steubenville rape trial.

Testimony from Friday's three witnesses who watched the alleged attacks is a critical part of the state's evidence because the girl says she doesn't remember what happened.

The witness who was granted immunity said that he recorded part of the encounter but later deleted the video because he realized he'd done "something stupid and wrong."

WTRF.com UPDATE:

Day three of testimony is set to begin at 9 a.m. Friday morning in the Steubenville rape case. During Thursday's testimony, prosecutors introduced text messages shared between witnesses, the alleged victim and the defendants in the case.

The text messages include those from the alleged victim in which she said she did not remember anything of the night of the attack and was trying to find out what happened that night.

She said that she believed she was drugged and that others were "taking advantage of me."

The texts introduced Thursday included ones in which one defendant admitted he had sex with her.

Bob Fitzsimmons, the alleged victim's lawyer, was on CNN Thursday night. He said his client was supposed to testify Thursday, but some testimonies went much longer than scheduled.
Fitzsimmons also says there's a good chance she'll testify today.

Day two of the Steubenville rape trial concluded about 9 p.m. Thursday.
