FAIRLEA -
Spring is coming and that means it's time to get in shape.

Luckily, a grant-funded organization is offering free fitness classes in Greenbrier County for two hours a week.

Communities on The Move is allowing anyone to take part in the classes on Tuesday nights at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Rhema Christian Center in Fairlea.

Classes range from jazzercise to yoga to zumba and strength training.

Organizers said the goal is to get everyone to live a healthier lifestyle.

Kim Estep said, "Of our population about 33 percent said they did little to no physical activity so our initial goal was at least to get that number to decrease."

The best way to find out all the details and about more fitness opportunities in the county is to visit their facebook page, Greenbrier County on the Move.
