RONCEVERTE -

Towns all over West Virginia are trying to make the state the cleanest in the nation.

     But they need your help!

In Greenbrier County, the city of Ronceverte is participating in the Make It Shine Program.

Ronceverte has scheduled their Make It Shine Day for April 6th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

On that day, volunteer groups, businesses and organizations will be cleaning, sweeping, and raking leaves throughout town.

Main Street Manager Lisa Circle said, "Make it Shine is all about taking pride in your community and ultimately because we deserve it. We deserve to have a clean environment, make it shine, and a very presentable community."

Organizers are asking volunteers to contact Ronceverte Development Corporation to reserve supplies and make arrangements for pick up by March 20.

You can email them at mainstreetronceverte@gmail.com or call (304) 647-3140.
