    State Troopers out of Princeton, WV confirmed that they are looking for Christopher Lee Tolliver, a registered sex offender. Tolliver was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on Tuesday Aug. 19, 2014, but failed to show up.

    A fire late Thursday night leaves a family in McDowell County homeless. Everyone was able to get out of the home in Raysal safely, but a friend of the family, who saved their dog, told us it was a very close call.

UPDATE:

59 News has learned the 74-year old missing man has been found.  Sheriff's Deputies said Billy Eugene Archie was found safe and he was safe the entire time he was proclaimed missing.

An elderly man with significant health problems is reported missing in Mercer County.

74-year-old Billy Eugene Archie was last seen at his residence on Carl Wade Road outside of Princeton.
He left in his vehicle, a white 2001 GMC Sonoma with a black bed cover and license plate number WV 4ME377.
He is 5'9" and weighs about 155 pounds.
He has brownish grey hair and brown eyes.
Over the past few months Archie has been exhibiting symptoms of dementia.
