UPDATE:

59 News has learned that the Boland family was left homeless by Wednesday's fire.

Krystal Boland tells us that she had to rush her young children out of the house.  Her home was completely destroyed by the fire.

She and her 2, 3, 12, and 15-year-old children are left with nothing for the Easter holiday.

A fund has been set up for monetary donations for the family at the Wood Forest Bank.  Please mention you are making your donation of behalf of the Boland family.

ORIGINAL:

Firefighters were called to a house fire in Raleigh County.

A home in the 1300-block of Maple Fork Road caught on fire around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.  Bradley, Beaver, and Mount Hope Fire Departments responded.

The scene was cleared around 8 p.m., according to dispatchers.

People were told to use caution driving in the area, because water the firefighters used to fight the flames was spilling onto the roadway, and there were concerns about ice.

There is no word on what may have caused the fire or if anyone was injured.
