    State Troopers out of Princeton, WV confirmed that they are looking for Christopher Lee Tolliver, a registered sex offender. Tolliver was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on Tuesday Aug. 19, 2014, but failed to show up.

    A fire late Thursday night leaves a family in McDowell County homeless. Everyone was able to get out of the home in Raysal safely, but a friend of the family, who saved their dog, told us it was a very close call.

A man pleas guilty to killing someone while drunk driving.  Our 59 News Crews were in court on Wednesday have learned new details from inside the courtroom.

James Lucas Jr. appeared in front of Judge Hutchison. Our crews learned from testimony that Lucas was two times over the legal limit when driving back in October of 2011.

If you remember 59 News told viewers back in October 2011, Lucas was driving drunk and got into an accident on Route 19.  Sheriff's deputies said Lucas crossed the centerline, striking Carole Lynn Warren's vehicle and another vehicle driven by Joshua Bailey.

59 News learned in courtroom testimony Warren died on impact. Lucas plead guilty to a felony of DUI causing death and a DUI causing injury.

No word on when he will be sentenced.
