    State Troopers out of Princeton, WV confirmed that they are looking for Christopher Lee Tolliver, a registered sex offender. Tolliver was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on Tuesday Aug. 19, 2014, but failed to show up.

    A fire late Thursday night leaves a family in McDowell County homeless. Everyone was able to get out of the home in Raysal safely, but a friend of the family, who saved their dog, told us it was a very close call.

Update:

A man faces charges, tonight, after a deadly fire in Greenbrier County.

The fire happened late Tuesday night in the Leslie Bottom area of the county, near Rainelle.

Greenbrier County sheriff Jan Cahill tells 59News the body of Dennis Williams, 56, of Leslie, was found inside the home.

An arrest was made in connection to the fire.    Harvey Lee Davis, 35, faces felony murder charges.   Additional charges could be filed.

Firefighters from several departments battled the blaze.

According to Greenbrier County Sheriff Jan Cahill, a suspicious fatal fire was reported Tuesday April, 9 over night.

Little information is being released at this time.

Sheriff Cahill says they expect someone to be charged with the fire in the near future.
