The Greenbrier County Sheriff's Office has been looking for a pair of teens from the White Sulphur Springs area for about 36 hours.

Deputies told 59News that Austin Bostic and Chavis Dowdy were last seen in the morning on Thursday, April 18.  The two are 15-years old and apparently left in a 2008 Blue Ford F-150 Extended Cab pickup that was owned by Bostic's father.  Investigators said there is also a revolver owned by Bostic's father that is unaccounted for.

Deputies said that there is no indication that the gun was taken for any negative reason, and the fact that the gun is missing does not give deputies any reason to believe that the teens are in danger.

Austin Bostic is 5-feet 10-inches tall and 225 pounds with red hair.  Chavis Dowdy is 5-feet 8-inches tall and 135 pounds with sandy blonde hair.

Investigators have alerted authorities in neighboring counties, including Monroe, Pocahontas and Summers Counties in West Virginia, and also in Allegheny County, VA. to be on the look out for the two boys.  There has not been any information that has allowed Deputies to narrow down the search to a specific area.

Anyone with information on Bostic and Dowdy's location is asked to call their local law enforcement, 911 or the Greenbrier County Sheriff's Office.  The number for the Sheriff's Department is 304-647-6634.

The West Virginia State Police detachment in Lewisburg is on the look out for a missing teen who disappeared from Greenbrier County on Thursday, April 18.

Austin Bostic is 16 or 17-years-old according to State Troopers.  He is 5-feet 10-inches tall and around 225-pounds with red hair.  Bostic was last seen on Thursday morning in the White Sulphur Springs area.  He was driving a 2008 blue Ford F-150 extended cab pickup.  Troopers also said he was with another boy who is about the same age.

State Police told 59News that there was some concern for Bostic, because he took his father's gun.  If anyone has seen Bostic or has any information about his location they are asked to call their local State Police Detachment.
