    State Troopers out of Princeton, WV confirmed that they are looking for Christopher Lee Tolliver, a registered sex offender. Tolliver was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on Tuesday Aug. 19, 2014, but failed to show up.

    A fire late Thursday night leaves a family in McDowell County homeless. Everyone was able to get out of the home in Raysal safely, but a friend of the family, who saved their dog, told us it was a very close call.

The sole surviving Boston bombing suspect is believed to still be in Massachusetts because of his ties to the area.  That's the latest from MA state police.

The streets of Boston have been swarming with SWAT teams in armored vehicles as the city was put in lockdown as an all-out manhunt for the surviving brother continued.  The other brother died in a desperate getaway attempt.

The suspects are identified as Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26.

Police say the brothers shot and killed an MIT policeman, severely wounded another officer and hurled explosives at police during a furious gun battle and car chase.

They say Dzokhar Tsarnaev slipped through officers' fingers in a hail of bullets, running over his wounded brother as he drove off.
