    On April 10th a search warrant was executed on the property of Oscar Combs Senior on the Bud Mountain area of Wyoming County. State police found skeletal remains of an unidentified human on the backside
    State Police found skeletal remains on a man's property in Wyoming County.

A man accused of arson and murder was back in court in Greenbrier on Monday, April 22.  Harvey Lee Davis, 35, is accused of burning down a home in the Leslie Bottom area of Quinwood back on Wednesday, April 10.

The victim, Dennis Williams, was in the home he owned with his brother Kenneth Williams when is was burned to the ground.  Police arrested Davis for arson and murder.  He was back in Greenbrier County Magistrate Court on Monday, April 22.  That was for a preliminary hearing at 2:30 p.m. in front of Magistrate Beard.

Davis and Williams had apparently been arguing over a chainsaw.  Davis is being held in the Southern Regional Jail.
