     The incident happened at midnight between Sunday, July 27 and Monday, July 28. Officials with the library said that a person stood outside the library a made sure that no one was inside at the time.

You have to wonder if justice was truly served in Bluefield this week.

This was a serious crime that deserved serious punishment.
