FAYETTE COUNTY -

Memorial Day is almost here, so local businesses are gearing up.

Co-founder of Adventures on the Gorge in Fayette County, Dave Arnold, told 59 News they've kept busy this week training all their new employees as well as opening and cleaning their pool.

"We are doing all kinds of training for staff and all kinds of opening of the facility: cleaning and blowing leaves, we have a lot of flowers we just put out, we try to gussy the place up and make it look nice," Arnold said.

Adventures on the Gorge boasts 3 restaurants, 100 cabins and over 50 outdoor activities.
