FAYETTEVILLE -

An Indiana woman riding her bike on the Clovis Branch of the Arrowhead Trail System in Fayette County sustained serious injuries after colliding with a small tree, according to National Parks Service.

The accident happened around 1:00pm Sunday and the 46-year-old woman suffered injuries to her upper back and neck.

National Parks Service said she was stabilized by NPS Rangers, Jan Care and Fayetteville Fire Department.
