WV Rep. Shelley Moore Capito sits down with Bray to talk about President Obama's executive order limiting carbon emissions.

David Neese gives Bray an exclusive interview to talk about his daughter, Skylar Neese, who was murdered last year.  David tells Bray the harrowing experience of realizing his daughter had gone missing and how they discovered she had been murdered by her best friend.
