    On April 10th a search warrant was executed on the property of Oscar Combs Senior on the Bud Mountain area of Wyoming County. State police found skeletal remains of an unidentified human on the backside

UPDATE:  According to the Greenbrier County Sheriff's Department Michael Perry Fowler of Frankford was killed after his ATV rolled over late Monday night. 
 
Tragic moments after a deadly crash in a local area.  One person was killed after a 4-wheeling accident in Greenbrier County, according to Greenbrier Emergency Dispatchers. Dispatchers told 59News that the call came in around 9 p.m. Monday night. 

It was confirmed that the accident happened in Frankford on Livesay Road.  Greenbrier County Sheriffs responded.  

It is not known what caused the accident or the identity of the victim at this time.  Stay with 59News as we continue to follow this developing story.
