Boy scouts focus on disability awareness

The 2013 National Boy Scout Jamboree is still in full swing.

One exhibit is the Boy Scouts is focusing on raising awareness of all kinds of disabilities.

Coordinator Tony Mai said these exhibits show scouts what it is like to have a disability.

He tells 59News the aim is to have folks look at a disability in an entirely different light.

Participants can try blind baseball, wheelchair basketball and an obstacle course on crutches.

There are even activities simulate ADHD and autism.
