GHENT -

Six busses full of boy scouts, Ameri-corps members, and teenage Venturers gathered at the New River Community and Technical College Thursday to continue a HUGE service project.

They're working to build a walking trail around the campus, get rid of unwanted shrubs, pick up old nails in the parking lot and even paint inside the building.

Wednesday the boys picked up hundreds of old nails from the property, dug 500 feet of trails and cleaned all the walls to prepare for painting.
