Tips that came in to the McDowell County Sheriff's Office lead to an arrest in a case of selling marijuana.

James Boyd Rowe, 44, of Coalwood was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance.  Investigators were tipped off about a Rowe's alleged dealings on Thursday, Sept. 5.  Deputies searched his home in the Frog Level area.  They found marijuana that was packaged for sale in the home.

Rowe was arraigned in front of Magistrate Steve Cox.  His bond was set at $25,000.  Rowe is being held at the McDowell County Holding Unit until he can be taken to the Southwestern Regional Jail.
