Police conducted a fourth search warrant in about 15 days, as part of an ongoing drug investigation in Mullens.

Officers recovered money, food stamp cards, oxycontin, xanax, and marijuana, after they executed a search warrant at a home on Moran Avenue, according to a press release.

Tony Hudgins of Mullens was arrested.  Hudgins was charged with possession with intent to deliver oxycontin and marijuana.  Hudgins was on probation for drug charges, according to officers with the Mullens Police Department.  Officers also arrested Virginia Hudgins.  She is charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to deliver.

Tony and Virginia Hudgins are being held in the Southern Regional Jail.  Tony Hudgins bond is set at $25,000 cash by Magistrate Craig Cook.  The jail is showing no bond was set for Virginia Hudgins. Mullens police said that more charges could be coming in the case.
