    A nationwide debate is taking place after an unarmed black teenager was shot and killed by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri .Ferguson cops were given body cameras by two companies after allegations have been made against protesters, who are outraged by the shooting.Soon police around the country could be wearing body cameras.

On this week's Decision Makers Bray sits down with Dr. Rahul Gupta, Executive Director and Health Officer for the Kanawha County Health Dept., and Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin.

In his segments, Dr. Gupta talks about how Kanawha County plans to fight drug abuse.  He also tells Bray about e-cigarettes and how use among teenagers is quickly growing in the United States.  Dr. Gupta says the danger of the e-cigarette is that the FDA doesn't know what goes into them.

WV Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin stops by to talk with Bray about the state's budget.  Gov. Tomblin speaks about how much time and effort goes into forming the budge each year.  The governor also tells Bray about his trip to Florida for a meeting with Wal-Mart, the state's largest retail employer.  He also talks about the implementation of the Affordable Healthcare Act. 

Gov. Tomblin and Bray also weigh in on the Syria situation before Bray delivers this week's final words.
