Fox became the target of a manhunt on Thursday. Deputies said that he ran off from a home in Meadow Bridge on Tuesday, Sept. 10 when they were called to search the residence.  Investigators had received tips that there was a meth lab located at the home.  During the search, deputies found a "crude methamphetamine lab" inside an abandoned building.
