     The incident happened at midnight between Sunday, July 27 and Monday, July 28. Officials with the library said that a person stood outside the library a made sure that no one was inside at the time.

Two arrested for breaking in vehicles and stealing.

Jimmy Rush and Garry Martin were arrested Wednesday night in Rainelle. The Rainelle Police Department and The Greenbrier County Sheriffs Department had a joint investigation after several complaints.

Rainelle Police Chief J.P. Stevens says Jimmy Rush is charged with 15 counts of breaking in autos, 15 counts of petty larceny, and 15 counts of conspiracy to commit misdemeanors against the state.

Garry Martin is charged with 18 counts of breaking in autos, 18 counts of petty larceny, and 18 counts of conspiracy to commit misdemeanors against the state.

The two are currently being held at Southern Regional Jail. They will be arraigned tomorrow morning.
