Now, he may be getting out of jail and his family is terrified. 59News has this exclusive interview with Timothy Queen's daughter.

It's a night that still haunts 17-year-old Katie Queen. "He was coming up there to finish everybody because I guess he wanted no witnesses and he thought he was going to get away with it," Katie Queen said.

Back in 2010 in a fit of rage Katie's father, Timothy Queen set fire to her family's home on Nutterville Road.

Inside was Katie, her mother and the family's dogs, Baby girl, Apache and Devil. While the family made it out, the dogs weren't so lucky.

"That's when my heart dropped right there because I did not care about the house, I cared about the dogs," Queen said.

The nightmare didn't end after the house burnt down.  Queen open fire before law enforcement made it to the scene.  When police got to the scene, Queen took off.  He ran into the woods and it took 11 hours to track him down. Queen has spent 3 years behind bars for this night of violence and but now he is eligible for parole.

"He is probably planning right now in prison planning on what he can do, what else he can do to get rid of us this time if he does get out," Katie Queen said.

Queen is scheduled to stand before a judge on October 15th. Katie said she is lucky to be alive after this attack but fears if he gets out, she won't be so lucky next time.
