A Beckley man who shot at an apartment complex almost a year ago his headed to prison for more than a decade.

Raymond Stoumile, 26, was sentenced in a Raleigh County courtroom on Friday morning.  Stoumile was sentenced to five years for Wanton Endangerment, five years for Possession of a Firearm and five years for being a repeat offender.  Prosecutors said that the sentences will be served consecutively, so Stoumile could be in prison for the next 15 years.

Stoumile opened fire at the Hager St. Apartment with an AK-47 assault rifle on Dec. 9, 2012. In October, jury selection for his trial had already begun, when Stoumile changed his plea to guilty.
