    I really get upset when people call us hillbillies. As I get to visit with people around the country on my “Just the Fracks” book tour, I am learning a lot about what Americans think and know about energy. It seems that the further I get from West Virginia the less people know about where their energy comes from. I have heard some incredible things.

HUNTINGTON, WV -

James Graley has joined the West Virginia office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as an attorney of counsel, where his practices will include business and commercial transactions, estate planning and probate, federal and state taxation, limited liability organizations, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, real property, mineral and natural resources, commercial litigation, charitable organizations, creditors' rights and banking, among other issues. 

He will lead the commercial law group in the firm's West Virginia office and throughout the region.

Graley has represented a global franchise, a lending institution, a university and university medical providers with regard to new trademark issues. 

He earned his law degree from Ohio State University and his bachelor of arts degree in political science, magna cum laude, from Marshall University.

Nelson Mullins, established in 1897, has more than 500 attorneys and other professionals with offices in West Virginia, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
