    In Raleigh County, a woman is miraculously not seriously injured, after her car rolls over on I-77 around 6:30 Wednesday night.An eyewitness tells us the woman was driving in the left lane on the northbound side. She suddenly veered off the road, over corrected,then slammed into the side of a tractor trailer. The car rolled multiple times before coming to a stop on it's roof.The witness says two small dogs ran out of the car. Moments later, the woman crawled out and ran after one of the dogs....

MORGANTOWN, WV -

Vicki Smith, longtime Morgantown correspondent for The Associated Press, is the new director of marketing and communications for the Office of Information Technology at West Virginia University.

Smith, a native of Indiana, Pa., is a 1987 graduate of WVU's P.I. Reed School of Journalism. She had been the AP's Morgantown correspondent since 1998. 

Before coming to Morgantown, she worked for the AP in Charleston, covering the Legislature and other assignments. She also has worked for The Press in Atlantic City, N.J.

She began her work at WVU Nov. 20.
