Two men from Wyoming County face attempted murder charges

MULLENS -

A pair of men from Wyoming County are in jail in connection to a violent home invasion just outside of Mullens.

Devin Fuller, 22 of Pineville and Cyphelas Fuller, 47, of Glen Rogers were arrested by Mullens Police Officers.  The are accused of breaking into a home on Circle Drive.  Police said that the homeowner, Robert Noon, Jr. was beaten up.  Noon was taken to Raleigh General Hospital and later taken to Charleston Area Medical Area, where he had been listed as in fair condition in ICU.  Noon has since been released.

Devin Fuller is charged with Attempted Murder, Malicious Wounding, Burglary and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.  Cyphelas Fuller is charges with Attempted Murder, Burglary and Malicious Wounding.  Mullens Police are looking for a third person in the case.

The two men are being held in the Southern Regional Jail.  Their bond is set at $50,000 each.
