State Police reopen case of Logan County missing man

CHARLESTON, West Virginia -

Ray Clayton Bartram was reported missing on May 19, 2009.  On Tuesday, Troopers with the West Virginia State Police said they are reopening the case.

Troopers with the Logan County detachment said they have received tips over the last few years that have led them to classify the case as "suspicious". 

Bartram was 24 when he was last seen on Regency Road in Mineral City in Logan County.  He is said to have brown hair, hazel eyes, and stands around 5'10" tall.  He weighs 150 pounds, according to troopers.

He has a tattoo of "Tasha" on the left side of his neck and a tattoo of praying hands on his left hand.  He also has the number "13" tattooed of his right arm.

He cannot read or write, according to investigators.
