Attorney Erin C.V. Bailey, formerly an associate in Bowles Rice's Charleston office from 2007 to 2010, has returned to the firm.

Bailey left Charleston for Lexington, Ky., where she served as deputy general counsel for a private company. She has accepted a position as special counsel in the Lexington office, where she will focus her practice on employee benefit matters, executive compensation and ERISA.

Bailey graduated from the Emory University School of Law in 2006. She earned her bachelor's degree from Cornell University in 1994.

Bowles Rice has more than 135 attorneys in West Virginia (Charleston, Martinsburg, Morgantown, Moundsville and Parkersburg), plus locations in Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Virginia.
