    In Raleigh County, a woman is miraculously not seriously injured, after her car rolls over on I-77 around 6:30 Wednesday night.An eyewitness tells us the woman was driving in the left lane on the northbound side. She suddenly veered off the road, over corrected,then slammed into the side of a tractor trailer. The car rolled multiple times before coming to a stop on it's roof.The witness says two small dogs ran out of the car. Moments later, the woman crawled out and ran after one of the dogs....

Em-Media Inc., an Ohio Valley media firm founded in 1996, has expanded its team and services to help other businesses with their evolving digital needs, from upgraded website building and maintenance to social media strategy to specialized public relations services and more.

Jim Emmerling, the company's founder and president, has hired Renee Cardelli-Contumelio, Marcus Giannamore and Chris Messer.

Cardelli-Contumelio, a Weirton resident, is a 1997 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in professional writing. 

She has worked as a reporter for the Herald-Star and Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, as a media specialist for Duquesne University and as executive web producer for two television news websites that won numerous awards from the Associated Press in Ohio and West Virginia and from the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters.

Giannamore, of Toronto, Ohio, spent eight years as a technician in the academic computing division of the Office of Information Technology at Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio, where he is completing a degree in computer science.

He also has worked as web developer for The Endeleo Project, a nonprofit organization in Columbus, N.J. 

Messer, also of Weirton, graduated from Fairmont State University with a  degree in elementary education and is pursuing a second degree in web design and development at Full Sail University.

He has worked in customer service at CompassLearning and Verizon Wireless.

Emmerling's advertising career spans 30 years and includes management positions at The Daily Collegian in State College Pa., Gannett Newspaper Corp. and WTOV-TV9 . A native of New Kensington, Pa., he graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1984 with a bachelor of arts degree in speech communications.

The company also includes media specialists Wayne Hardy and Rose Orsatti, lead graphic designer and digital team manager Larae Messer and Bella Hall event coordinator Lee Ann Emmerling.
