HINTON, W.Va. (AP) -

Bullying is one of many nightmares some parents have to deal with. The fight to end bullying is going on right here in our area.

The Ritz movie theatre in Hinton played a movie about bullying that attracted well over 100 people Tuesday night.

Selina Vickers organized the event and told me that bullying happens everywhere and in many different ways.

"Bullying is an issue everywhere. There are different types of bullying, physical, verbal and with the internet there's a lot of cyber bullying as well." She said.

By signing an anti bully pledge children received free popcorn and a drink while they watched the movie. Some school teachers also awarded students with extra credit for signing.
