UPDATE:

Kanawha County Deputies have arrested another person in connection to the murder of Eva Woods, the missing St. Albans woman whose body was found behind her house late Sunday night. 

Shawn Legg was arrested and charged with accessory to murder after the fact.

Court documents state that Woods told authorizes during questioning that she told Legg that she had killed her mother.

Woods also stated that Legg "took an item that was used as a weapon against her mother and disposed of that item" for Woods.

Legg is the boyfriend of Jessica Woods, who was arrested and charged with first-degree murder Monday. The pair had been dating just 2 1/2 weeks. They were staying at 336 Main Street where the body of murder victim, Eva Woods was found, according to deputies.

Jessica Woods is the daughter of the murder victim Eva Woods. 

Legg's bond was set at $45,000 property or 10 percent cash.  As of this posting, Legg had not posted bond and is being held at South Central Regional Jail.

Jessica Woods has been arrested in connection to her mother's body found near Saint Albans, WV.  

Eva Woods was reported missing on Feb. 22 and her body was discovered on Feb. 23 behind her West Main Street home.

On Sunday, detectives found her body in a shed on the property behind her home, they said.

Court documents show Jessica told a friend she 'took things too far' when she killed her mom.

UPDATE:

Investigators have found a woman's body on the property of a missing woman in Saint Albans, WV.

Authorities said they made the discovery in a storage unit overnight.  The body has been sent to the state medical examiner's office for positive identification.

Investigators served a search warrant on the property Sunday night.  They said there were suspicious circumstances surrounding her disappearance.

Eva Linda Woods, 59, was last seen Friday near her home at 336 West Main Street. She was reported missing on Saturday, Feb. 22.

The case is being investigated as a homicide.

Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies are currently executing a search warrant at the property of a missing St. Albans woman.

Eva Linda Woods, 59, was last seen Friday near her home at 336 West Main Street. She was reported missing on Saturday, Feb. 22.

Deputies say investigators are looking at an outbuilding on her property.

No word on what specifically they are looking for.

Police are searching for a missing woman out of Kanawha County, WV.

According to a news release issued by the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office, Eva Linda Woods, 59, of West Main Street near St. Albans, has been missing since Friday afternoon of Feb. 21, when she last seen walking outside of her house.

The news release says there are conflicting reports of what she was last seen wearing.
