MULLENS -

Mullens Police arrested two people in connection to a shooting incident in Wyoming County.

Alicia Tilley of Pineville and Eugene Lane of Brenton are in jail after there was a report of shots being fired a few days ago on Early Street in Mullens.   According to a release by Mullens Police Chief Ray Toler, Tilley and Lane were wanted for attacking and then robbing a victim.

The victim fired two shots to scare off his attackers.  Tilley was charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony. Lane was charged with malicious wounding, robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony

Both Tilley and Lane are in Southern Regional Jail. There is no bond listed for either person. The victim, who's name has not been released, was taken to Raleigh General Hospital with unknown injuries.
