A McDowell County State Representative is charged with his second DUI this weekend.
State Troopers in Welch said they arrested Delegate Clifton "Clif" Moore early Saturday morning, just after 1 a.m.
They said he was driving on Route 52 in the Maybeury area of McDowell County.
Troopers said they were conducting routine road patrol when they saw Moore's vehicle swerve left to right and cross the center line.
They said Moore's eyes were red, his speech was slurred and he failed sobriety tests.
Moore is a state representative for McDowell County.
He was cited once before in 2011 for DUI in Ohio.
