RICHLANDS -

The Good Samaritan Food Pantry in Tazewell County is working to bring their old building back to life.  Monday, they held a yard sale at the site of the old food pantry to try and make room inside the building and also raise some money.

Right now the pantry is still giving out food in their temporary location... But they say plans are being made to get back to the old building that was destroyed by a fire last month.

"The insurance people should be here today or tomorrow we are in the process of rebuilding right where we're at we hope the good lord will bless us and we can rebuild right here, said Manager Ralph Mullins.

Organizers said they'll hold the yard sale for a few days this week, as long as the weather permits.

They tell us their first priority is still making sure people in the area are fed and they will continue to feed people during this process.
