A self-proclaimed skinhead is in jail after an incident on the streets of Mullens, WV.

Jonathan Logan Jackson, 22, was arrested and charged with two counts of Battery on a Police Officer, Obstruction and Assault.  According to a released from Chief Ray Toler, Jackson pulled a large knife and chased another person down a city street.  Toler and Assistant Chief Jack Meadows ran after Jackson who turned to fight the officers.

Jackson apparently told police that he had to fight the police officers because it was a code of honor among skinheads not to be caught without a fight.  Chief Toler said that Jackson could now obtain colors for bringing blood and fighting with police.

Jackson had apparently been released from home confinement three days earlier and was wanted on a Destruction of Property warrant.  Both police officers and Jackson had to be treated by EMTs.
