Graduation season is here.

Hard work is paying off as young people walk across the stage to receive their degree or their diploma.

As we send them into the world, we have to ask ourselves two questions.

Are we preparing them for the 21st Century workplace?

Are we giving them opportunities to have their own piece of the American Dream right here in West Virginia?

If the answer to either of these questions is no, then we're not doing our job and we're failing a generation and we're failing our state.
